"Person who did the job was pleasant. He arrived late, but I could understand why. My problem is that he replaced the wall part of the opener and he replaced it with a used one. It was not new and I didn't realize that it was not new until I looked at it the next day. I chose these people because of positive reviews on Angie's List. After my service, I went back and looked at them and discovered that they are all written on the same day. Perhaps they are not legitimate. My biggest mistake was that I didn't get three estimates. And I live about an hour from downtown. I will use them again. I am very pleased with their service.
