"Absolutely WONDERFUL! The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was as nice, and helpful as could be.. (I was sobbing when he called.. after a horrific 3 days, and coming home to my house that was 95 degrees inside) He comforted me, and reassured me they would be there, and not to worry any more. "Master technician Richard was amazing, knowledgeable and honest. A previous "technician", from a company with an Orange, assured me the compressor needed to be replaced on me 4 year old condenser and would cost $2,800 even though it was under warranty. This was a big lie or a scam he was trying to pull on me as Richard figured out the only thing needed was to reprogram the thermostat. After that the unit started cooling right away. What a great difference it makes dealing with honest and professional individuals. I highly recommend calling this company and requesting Richard."
