"Very well overall. I actually had another inspection in hand from a previous sale that didn't go through, and noticed that they found some items that the previous inspector didn't find. The inspector was professional, patient and friendly, and used state of the art equipment. Only minor knock was the finding of an overly hot electrical panel, which apparently is pretty normal for newer boxes. We had to hire an electrician to tell us that. After 2 hours of detail study of the house he told us that we had minor foundation settlement but nothing to worry about at this time. He promised a report in 24hrs and a short and precise report was obtained the next day. We hired a dry wall repair contractor and did the cosmetic repairs as recommended.
