"We recently had a new shower installed by West Shore Home. They tore out a shower and a bathtub and replaced it with a much larger shower and a small space that we intend to use as linen closet. I would like to talk a little bit about our installer crew. Jake N. was the acting on site Foreman, Brynn, Matt, and John worked with him to complete the installation. I cannot praise them enough. They were so customer focused and dedicated to making sure that we got the shower that we had requested. They treated our home with such respect, making sure that it was clean. When you look at the videos on their website about how the job is done step by step, stage by stage making sure that everything is done correctly. The job took a little longer than expected because of a miscommunication with the salesperson for the project. When we noted the issue it was so pleasing to see how they reacted immediately. They brought a supervisor out to review the work and he made a couple of really great decisions. He stated to us don't worry we will make it right. And that is exactly what they did. Everything was done to our expectations and the resulting shower is of such high quality and the craftsmanship so solid I am sure that this shower will be a very very important selling point when we resell this house. The value of the shower the thing installed is well in keeping with the price of the work. It is a professional job and it has enhanced the value of our home. I wish we could rate this higher but I stand by everything that I've said. This is a wonderful and reliable company. They communicate well in advance of the work and follow up once the work is complete. Well done and thank you. It isn't very often that you see a company that is so willing to stand by their pledge of customer satisfaction. "We have used Remodel Specialists twice. Ten years ago, they remodeled our primary bathroom and powder room, which included a garden tub to huge walk in shower conversion, solid wood built in custom cabinets, and granite countertops. They just finished remodeling both of our upstairs bathrooms including tubs, tile, and countertops, as well as replacement of a damaged kitchen cabinet. My primary bathroom and powder room are ten years old but look brand new. No issues whatsoever. Still absolutely beautiful after ten years of daily use. The workmanship in our upstairs bathrooms is fantastic. Once again, the whole process was seamless and a good experience all around. Remodel Specialists is a family owned and operated business. It’s obvious they take pride in their work and reputation. The employees are long term and highly skilled and specialized. Jim Godre, the owner, bids the jobs and is knowledgable and experienced. Their bids are clear and detailed with no hidden surprises. They were great about explaining options, as well as coming up with creative solutions. Communication is perfect. Lori Godre sends daily status emails letting you know who and what to expect. They were always on time and did exactly what they said they’d do. They also clean up and haul off debris everyday. Everyone is extremely nice and easy to work with. Remodel Specialists previously had their showroom and cabinet shop on Spring Cypress. Don’t stop by this location. They have moved to a new location a couple of miles away. Obviously we’re very happy with the work Remodel Specialists has done for us. They do high quality work for a fair price. I have recommended them to friends and neighbors and will continue to do so."

"I did a lot of research on plumbers and out of the half dozen plumbing companies with the best overall ratings TX Quality Plumbing not only the highest rating, but they were the least expensive as well.  They showed up on time and immediately got to work.  It took them about 5 hours to complete the job.  The guys were very professional and friendly.  After they inspected everything the head plumber told me that he was concerned about my pipes (galvanized and over 40 years old) and that they will eventually need to be replaced.  He was especially concerned with the piping that comes out of the water heater and if nothing else I should replace those for now.  I agreed and they came back out the next day and replaced the pipes.  So for replacing my 50 gal water heater, replacing two pipe, several feet each, running a new drain line from the attic to the outside cost me $1,600.  Even with the extra unexpected cost they still beat everyone else's price for just the water heater replacement.  They also gave me a ballpark estimation on how much it would cost me to replace all my pipes based on 3 1/2 bath house and the price they quoted me was so much less then what I was expecting based on other peoples horror stories.  I will be using them for that big job as well!!

"I had a variety of projects for Alvin to do. Fix electronic front door lock - turned out existing lock was bad but he moved plate the lock went in to so new lock i bought worked correctly. He fixed 2 inside doors that were not latching and installed 3 shower safety bars. Plus installed a hand towel holder that i added last minute. Excellent work on all projecys!"
