He also rerouted my gas pipes to the new hot water heater to meet code. He also explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. I will call Gans Plumbing for any future plumbing needs."

"On July 9th, 2025 I went to Angi's to get a quote for a dripping faucet and leaky shut off valve. I was contacted by the receptionist at Capital Heating and Cooling to set up a time for their service people to come out. I asked for a quote for possible work and was told that didn't quote until they saw the job which is contradictory from what you are led to believe by Angi. I left a detailed account of what was wrong with Angi. Mike and Jay come out later that day. They looked at the faucet and said it would be better to put in a new one along with new cut off valves. I was stunned by the quote of $782.25. There was no indication what that covered. I had to rush to Home Depot to get a new faucet as well. They were at the house less than 2 hours, didn't give me my old faucet or the boxing for the new one which would have warranty paperwork. Every contractor assigned to the job was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable, always available to answer my questions if Scott or Nick weren’t present. I was never left wondering what if—a few times, I had ideas mid-project, and Nick always provided his professional opinion before executing them flawlessly. The entire project lasted about three months, though it likely would have been completed sooner if not for the holiday season. Regardless, everything was strategically planned and executed on time. From a financial standpoint, the payment structure was transparent, with a clear breakdown of what percentage was due and when, based on project milestones. Scott would send a simple notification when a payment was due, but work continued without delay—even before payments were received. There was never any pressure, just a well-managed and trustworthy process. Fortunately, we had the funds and stayed on schedule with our payments. Prior to the basement project, we had already taken on a few other home improvements, including painting the interior and closing off a wall to add closet space. We hired another company for that work, but in hindsight, I wish we had discovered American Home Remodeling sooner to handle those projects as well. Overall, we had a fantastic experience with American Home Remodeling. Their professionalism, organization, and expertise made this project stress-free, and we couldn't be happier with the results.
