However, the people we spoke to at AHS were very friendly and helpful. Call backs were non-existent, though, which would have been more of an issue if results were not seen. I am just grateful the 3 weeks without the furnace was during the uncomfortable summer as opposed to the bitter cold winter. Bottom line is - it got done, but it was long and drawn out. At this point we've gotten more out of the program than we put in, but I am thinking the inconvenience isn't worth the difference. The cost of service below is only for the service call - our annual AHS is about $1800."
