Adam was very prompt with a quote and asked many questions about my family’s needs and home configuration to help me decide whether tankless was an appropriate application for my situation. Adam and Brandon are personable, professional, efficient, and the results are impressive. Not only are they doing the conventional plumbing, they are called upon to wire and put in new circuits, they even decommissioned the tank side of my solar thermal system. The tank was taken to be recycled despite it being so heavy. It was quite a feat! Now I have a compact, wall- mounted tankless water heater that doesn’t take up floor space, hot water on demand. "My water heater stopped working on Friday night (Sept 10, 20211). I called the service provider I had used for decades who came on Sunday afternoon and was given a quote for $4000. I was shocked!!!! The technician was very nice and made numerous recommendations. Unfortunately, none of the suggestions worked for me: my responsibility to get unit, hire them to install which would void the warranty, etc. I contacted Angie's list because I've had success with it before. Two immediate caveats: 1. BBB rating 2. Stellar reviews. The price was much better and included a top rate water heater, installation, removal of old unit, and a ten year warranty. Steve H came and installed it and did a remarkable job. Everyone individual I dealt with was very friendly and answered all questions. SUGGESTION: Check for your own financing first. Some credit cards offer immediate 2% deals and no interest payments for as long as fifteen months. Done Right Today does offer financing but research first. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE DEAL, INSTALLATION, AND WARRANTY I GOT AND WILL NOT HESITATE TO CALL DONE RIGHT TODAY AGAIN. i am done with my old service provider."

"My initial contact with Mattioni was to simply schedule a winter check-up on the furnace in our new house. I knew the furnace, a/c, and water heater were all about 11 years old and could be in need of replacement. One month later, I’ve had Mattioni replace all three and also perform some smaller plumbing jobs after the annual healthy home plumbing inspection they offer as part of their contract program (which came free for one year after I had the furnace and a/c installed). They’ve done too much work for me to go into detail on every aspect of every job they did, but, on the whole I have been very impressed with Mattioni. Their customer service, quality, and attention to detail seems top notch. If you’re just comparing prices, they’re probably not the cheapest contractor to use, but if you factor in the quality of the service they’re providing, I think their prices are very good, which is why I rated them A in this regard. As with any big jobs like installing a furnace or water heater, small hiccups can occur - in fact, a week after the furnace was installed and I had the plumbing inspection, a small gas leak was detected. After the hot water heater was installed, one of the fittings in the pipe that leads into the water heater leaked a small amount of water and set off the alarm they installed. In my view, small hiccups like this are to be expected when new installations occur. Where Mattioni really shined was in their response to these problems. In particular, I would recognize Jared C., the plumber who did most of our plumbing work. He noticed the small gas leak and had one of the HVAC techs sent out within several hours to address it. He also returned the late the same day he had installed the hot water heater to correct the small leak that had resulted from a defective fitting. I found his attention to detail and willingness to help my wife troubleshoot over the phone and then return late after a long day and fix the small problem to be exemplary customer service. On the whole, I highly recommend Mattioni. If you’re just interested in finding the contractor with the lowest price, Mattioni is probably not going to be your preferred contractor (although they were willing to match lower quotes I received on the hot water heater install). If you’re looking for an HVAC or plumbing company that has responsive and friendly customer service, technicians that pay attention to detail and treat your house as your own, and will ensure that the job is done both correctly and with a high degree of quality, Mattioni seems to be one of the best I’ve used in my years as a homeowner. They will certainly be my go-to plumber and HVAC company for the foreseeable future."

"The Delaware Plumbing Professionals (DPP) that installed my products were Ryan and Anthony. I was very happy with the products and services provided to me. Here are things I want to express in no particular order. 1. Ryan/Anthony were on time. 2. They answered all of my questions. 3. I feel good knowing that my water hardness has decreased and the amount of chlorine in my water is less. (Artesian adds a lot of chlorine.) 4. I now get suds when I shampoo my hair. 5. My water tastes better. 6. I don't get orange rings in my toilet. 7. Ryan/Anthony are nice guys and a pleasure to talk to. 8. I was not pressured into buying anything. 9. "I have a maintenance contract. Today Fabian came out. He was very thorough. He spent two hours at my condo performing all kinds of tests. Before he left he went over things I could do to get better performance from my heater. I appreciate the fact that he did not try to pressure me into picking something. He emailed me (while in the truck) options and also explained different ways to pay for it. He noticed the oxygen in my home.
