"C&A did a excellent job, they were cheaper than the other estimates I got. However I had no issues at all. I even got a stainless steel chase installed for the price most were charging for galvanized metal one's. I went with the stainless due to the fact it will last forever. C&A clean up nicely. There were prompt, and professional. I would recommend them. Tim Anderson the owner was very honest and professional. Thanks C&A. "The lower grades Jeff (owner) has received surprise me.  Chimney Dr was the fourth of four bids we were going to get on fixing our leak.  Three of four companies all "found" different leaks, and the last company just estimated EVERYTHING.  High estimate was $3,000.00 including a separate interior drywall repair estimate we were not asking for .... but that guy didn't have a ladder tall enough to get to the roof, anyway.  Jeff was the only person to actually water-leak test to confirm the source(s) of the leak(s).   He showed up on time for his first visit, phoned that he was running a bit late for his second visit  (he was actually working on one of my neighbors chimney, who is also completely satisfied with Jeff's work) and then phoned ahead three days later once he had the parts needed to complete the repair.  Our chimney was fixed that same morning.  Since then, we have had two  very hard rain storms the last two days, and not a drop of rain inside.  I will say that Jeff is a very busy man working long hours, and appears to be a one-man operation.  We could have spent over $1,000.00 on repairs that would not have stopped our leak at all, or paid far more for the same plus 'other needed work'.  The fact is, we only had one leak; not two or three.  And if we hadn't called The Chimney Doctor, we would have just burned cash.  Thanks again for all your help and GREAT service, Jeff!"

"The quality of the work was well done.  Greg and Adam are very responsive.  Adam does excellent work, and very fast once he had all the cabinets, etc.  The thing folks need to know is that it takes a very long time to get cabinets custom ordered and to get granite selected and cut.  Make sure you build this in.  Overall I think this project took too long to complete (over two months), but the overall final product was really great.

"Dan explained the whys and whens of the ant problems and we were happy with his explaination. He sprayed along the baseboards of our home with a non odor repellent and he dusted the crawl space, and ant bait was used on the outside of the home. Because we live in a highly treed area ants can be a bit of a problem. we have not seen any signs of the pest in our home since.

"The gentlemen that showed up through a Big Deal gave me an estimate, then went to the store to purchase the cedar.  They purchased some of the wrong sizes, but went back on their own time and purchased the correct size.  The job entailed more than we originally thought due to some rotting that was underneath the deck.  They replaced the wood, cleaned up their space well and left it in good shape.

"Art called the morning of the appointment to let me know he was on his way and he arrived promptly. He began to work immediately. Art asked what area I had heard scratching and made certain he treated near that spot. Both my attic and crawl space were treated. When Art had completed the treatment, I asked about the chipmunks and showed him the trap I had bought, but the chipmunk was able to escape. Art had some traps with him to show me the size needed for chipmunks. I did buy a used trap from Art, to see if I could remove a chipmunk or 2 before spring. This company was very courteous and answered all my questions during my original phone call. Art was prompt, began working immediately, answered all my questions on site and sold me the correct trap needed to assist me in ridding my yard of chipmunks. I am very happy with the service I received."
