"Overall went well.  Had to get foreman to instruct workers to caulk board and batten on front of house.  Painters painted the windows shut without opening the windows to get inside edges.  Windows still stuck painted shut.
Worked quickly.  cleaned all surfaces first, protected shrubs well.  Provided extra repair to wood work at minimal additional charge.
