"Matt Went out of his way on the day after Thanksgiving on his day off..to come look at my hot water tank. He gave me a very good deal on replacing it and even replacing the pipes to get me up to code. He offered to do the work that very day, but we were headed out of town for Thanksgiving. Got it done on Monday, and im very pleased with the new hot water tank and work that he did. This guy is very professional, really nice and guaranteed his work. I would highly recommend Matt Greene for any plumbing projects that you may have. I know that we will be using him again for anything that comes up down the road."

"This is our second experience with this company over the past 6 years, both of which have been good. We discovered a sewer backup in our basement and called Mr. Rooter on a Sunday afternoon. Adam C. was at our house a couple of hours later, and we decided to clean the main line with a high-pressure water jet. However, Adam was able to determine with his camera that the problem was not as bad as originally thought, so the water jet was not necessary after all. Adam quickly cleared the line and was able to give us an overview of the pipe structure beneath our nearly 100 year-old house. He was very professional and was ultimately able to repair our problem for about $200 less than what we originally thought it would cost. Hopefully, we will not have to call a plumber for that kind of problem again for a very long time, but if we do, we will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter."

"All the above jobs at different schedules were done very well. Tim continues to demonstrate quality job on all my projects. The first time that I encountered Tim was when he installed a new boiler at our rental property. The job was done right; did a clean job in installing; tested all the steam registers in all the apartment units to make sure that they were all working right and tested the boiler to be working right. I appreciated how he worked around my schedule and was always on time.  <br /> He helped with the layout, design and color ideas of the paver blocks. His crew came in and removed the existing concrete patio and dug and prepped the foundation for the new patio. We also had him construct a gas fire pit as well. The fire pit required that a gas line and upgraded gas meter be installed as well. Mitch took the lead on these task as well and coordinated the contractors and efforts required. All the work was detailed and finished on schedule.  <br /> The professionalism of Mitch and his crew were a breath of fresh air in today's world of poor contractors.   <br /> We are very happy with the results."
