"Bryan came and gave me a second opinion after another contractor gave me a disheartening estimate of close to $10k to install an outdoor weatherproof NEMA 14-50 outlet for EV supply equipment. Bryan showed me all the ways that the other contractor was trying to push services I did not actually need (just clean out rust in the existing disconnect, not replace it) and gave me a much more reasonable estimate. The tub manufacturer was late shipping to the provider. The manufacturer did not ship the size that was ordered. It appears that the original order would not have fit anyway, as the provider then decided to order a custom-built tub. On the 19th of December, the provider actually ran the electrical wire before concluding that the tub would not fit. The crew was in the house for about three hours."

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
