We did run in to a slowdown at the end of the project and better communication would have been recognized - the problem was with a supplier outside of Eranâ s control. The end result was a slip at the end date for the project. Once everything worked out, I was very happy with the end result."

He sent a family member, Roni run the job. Sadly, everything Roni touched was not done correctly. They did ask for money up front. Unfortunately I gave it to them. They didn't complete the job and refused to reimburse me for the errors made. He came to the site and few times and made all kinds of empty promises. He collected $53,000 up front. Now I have someone else who is fixing all of Roni's mistakes, which I will have to pay for again. He took advantage of me. That tells me he is dishonest. This is taking months to complete. I moved here from Florida and have seen whole houses go up in less time. James is dishonest, took money up front, didn't do the work correctly, and refused to reimburse me for what he didn't complete. Now I'm paying someone else to complete the job. Don't use this company"
