"I recently hired Ivan to install a tile backsplash in my kitchen, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. He was punctual, arriving right on time every day, and his meticulous attention to detail really showed in the final product. Every tile was placed perfectly, and the workmanship is outstanding. Communication throughout the project was excellent. He took the time to walk me through the process, answer my questions, and even provided helpful suggestions to ensure the backsplash looked exactly how I envisioned it. His prices were fair and transparent, with no surprises along the way. What really stood out was his commitment to customer service. He genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with the results, and it’s clear he takes pride in his work. If you’re looking for someone reliable, skilled, and professional, I highly recommend Manolaki Tile & Stone for any tile installation project. I’ll definitely be calling him for future projects!"

"Excellent service. After washing the carpets, I received a call that there would be a 1 day delay because one carpet did not meet their expectations. They rewashed this carpet and delivered it the next day."

"It went perfect! He showed up early and was extremely thorough. He did a wonderful job. He was very nice, friendly, and professional."

"Willy's Tile. He did tiles and i asked if he could replace toilets, which was cheaper that hiring a plumber and they came and did the work. The only problem was that they ended up breaking a pipe and said they probably should have held some part when they undid it. Water covered the entire hallway downstairs, but they finally got it cleaned up but was pretty disappointing that it happened. Willy is professional and i would consider hiring him for tiles. The upstairs toilet they replaced is still leaking and it's probably not there fault. I hired a plumber who said the problem was with the toilet itself. They got it done in four hours and it created a big mess with the water."

"I hired Mike's team over the past two years to restore 4,000 square feet of 230-year-old heart pine floors. Mike and Chris did an excellent job restoring my floors and installing ceramic tile in the bathrooms. We had a weird project schedule, and we were able to work together to get it done to museum quality for this historic home at a reasonable price. Mike goes beyond the call of duty to get the job done and done correctly."

"He did a really good job, he took his time and did it right. I'm satisfied with the job he did."

"

My mother hired Universal Lawn and Floor to help me with my yard. She said Mr. Young was very professional, kind, hard working and punctual.  She was thrilled that she found him after speaking to one of my other neighbors on recommending someone.  This neighbor said he did tile work for her and she was pleased.  Overall, excellent experience and outcome from the perspective of both my mother saying he was reasonable priced, and myself, with the beautiful yard, Mr. Young did an amazing job, it is perfect.  Thank you!!!!

"Communication was clear and responsive. Crew showed up on time (actually a little early, even). Clean-cut and efficient. Excellent work. I wish all contractors were like this!"

"Joe did a great job! Was able to handle any difficulties that cropped up during the job. Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. The bathrooms came out better than we could ever imagine. I would highly recommend for any kitchen/bathroom work needed. Extremely honest and outgoing. We even went out of town for a few days and gave a key with no worries or concerns. He even made sure to give our dogs a treat every morning before starting work."
