"Tyler was fantastic! He was professional, courteous and fixed my dryer in no time at all. He was also able to fix the loose handle on my microwave oven. Reasonable pricing and superior service. Can’t ask for anything more."

"He came in and fixed my washer within minutes"

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"This is my second call to ABC Appliance Repair, and I had the good fortune of not only having service done on the same day, but I also had the same guy - Norman - who repaired our dryer a few months earlier come out to perform the second service. On top of this, he came out to my house one hour after I made the phone call to ABC. Talk about quick, friendly, and professional service, not just nice, but twice!"

"I was surprised at how expensive they are. My dishwasher is leaking, so I was hoping to repair. They came out and spent less than an hour, charged $170 (that could go towards the repair later) and then left to prepare the estimate which came back at $700! For that, I would have skipped the diagnostic in the first place and just ordered a new dishwasher and install. Now we are left to purchase a new dishwasher and out the $170! Pretty high price for a diagnostic visit, and I can?t believe a repair would be that much. Even if we buy a new dishwasher, they said they would charge over $300 to install it, in addition to the original $170. This is a rough lesson to learn to convince me to join a throw away society rather than repair."

"Perfect. The maintenance man was very knowledge and reliable. Got my washer working in no time."

"It was very good. Honesty of the client was awesome and I will recommend him to other for this. The deal I purchased was of 2 hour plumbing job but my work was not of that long so the guy reimbursed me the extra money I was charged and only deducted the required charges of the service he provided."

"KSM came out the same day we called.  They advised it would be later in the day and they would call when they were on their way.  After calling and letting us know they'd be here in about a half hour they advised they would diagnose the work to be done and then proceed.  They were here within the half hour, were friendly and professional, diagnosed what had to be done and proceeded to do the work.  They were quick, neat, related any information that pertained to what was being done.  I not only would use their services again but I would also recommend them to others.
