"In less than 24 hours I had a new, reasonably priced, HVAC installed. My house is completely clean, no evidence a job happened."

"This company has lost my business. The plumbers were very professional and provided excellent service. I give them an A. However, the office staff gets a solid D, leaning toward an F. I took us 4 months to finally get a billing issue straightened out. The office staff told us they would bill the insurance company direct, but they never did. I made several calls over a few months (because they kept sending bills to me), and each time they told me to ignore the bill and they would send it to the insurance. I would have happily paid the bill and sent it to the insurance if Hill would have asked (I even offered). Finally, Hill sent me a collection notice; that made no sense since they agreed to bill the insurance. I finally paid the bill; it then took multiple phone calls and then a visit to get the paid receipt. When I went to pickup the receipt, the office staff was polite, but unconcerned about my trouble; the billing staff seemed affronted that I would offer criticism. I felt I was overly polite and offered constructive criticism on how they could avoid this in the future. I made it clear that I was happy with the plumbing work and would like to continue to patronize them, but I received no apology for the time I had to take to deal with this or any acknowledgement that that could have done better. Hill has lost my business. There are too many options in the service industry to do business with a average company anymore.

"This was the easiest job from sales to install that I have ever experienced. Charley was great he explained everything to us about the system to be installed. The installer did a great job got here at 10:00 finished at 4:30 and did a great job."

"Great professional service would highly recommend."

"Swift is an efficient and professional service company. They installed my new air conditioner quickly and with no problems. They were on time, and the installers were friendly and courteous. I would recommend them to everyone. I would not use anyone else for my AC service. They are the best!"

"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. We would strongly recommend James and his company for computer service needs. We have now retained him on a service contract and are looking forward to working with him in the future."

"The service was excellent. Brien did it the professional work with excellent price."

"Ben came out and did a thorough review of my needs. He was a complete professional and an overall kind human. He really went the extra mile to help me. Unfortunately I was on a tight budget and his services were out of my price range. Ultimately I connected with a friend of the family who installs new HVACs and gave me special pricing as a favor. But had money not been an issue, I would have been more than happy to have Ben and his crew work for me. Heâ s good people, and he obviously knows his craft well and loves his job and helping people."
