"Turned out that the fix was simple -- but we wouldn't have known what to do without advice from the technician. Really appreciate the service and expertise! Only complaint was that the tech took unnecessary time asking about products we use in the dishwasher. We have no complaints about the quality of washing and drying we are getting, and we're committed to using products that don't scratch or perfume our dishes or harm the water supply. Technician asked what we use and told us to "throw that away" and use recommended products. I can understand that certain products are recommended with certain makes of appliances -- but it would have taken 20 seconds to tell us what the recommended products are without having our choices criticized. Overall, we were thrilled to be able to get sound advice/help over the phone. Thank you for offering this service! And we will definitely call again if we run into trouble."

"Our dryer went out due to overheating of the element. Contacted our appliance repair and they told us it was due to the dryer vent being clogged and preventing heat to go out.  I emailed Sharon on Monday evening, not expecting a response until morning however, she called almost 5 minutes after I hit send on the email.
Sharon told me should could be out at 9 on Wednesday and complete the job.  At 855 she pulled up in the driveway, unloaded here equipment and within the hour (at the most) she was done, cleaned up, and gone.  A very professional individual and will call her annually now to get this done.  I have also provided her name and number to several friends.

"Ryan proved himself to be knowledgeable and trustworthy from the very beginning. I called several people to get quotes and explained the problem over the phone. He quoted me for his service call and told me what he thought the problem might be based on my description, but also explained and I understood that he could not make a diagnosis over the phone. It did turn out to be what he originally suspected and since it involved my icemaker, which was no emergency, he gave me the choice to pay a higher price for the part that was available at a local parts store and get it repaired right away or to shop around for a cheaper price for the part, which might take a few extra days. I chose the cheaper price and I appreciated him giving me that option. His labor fee was a set price, which was very fair and he disclosed to me up front. I believe a person should be well compensated for a job well done. Ryan does a good job and I will definitely hire him again whenever we need maintenance or repair work for our appliances. "The room looked great afterwards, but there was one problem. Because the weather had turned warm and it was warm where Mr. Lee was working, I turned on the air conditioner briefly to cool things down. A vent high on the wall leaked some condensation, which streaked the wall below it and ultimately left streaks in the paint. I tried three times to repair it, to no avail. I stayed in contact with Mr. Lee, and he kindly agreed to come repair it for us without charge.

It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
