"Selected out-of-the blue for the gas hot water heater installation I needed. A little skeptical with respect to alll the high ratings but, from my experience, they appear very legitimate. Aaron is extremely polite. Showed up on time and worked diligently. Completed the installation in no time at all and for less than what others quoted. I asked for his business card and will call on him for any future plumbing service needs. Quality work and more than reasonably priced. When you find someone fair, responsible, and friendly, you stick with them."

"Paul and his workers were so nice. They gave me the best price for our new AC unit. I had received other estimates and Mays beat their prices by at least $1500.00.  I had electrical damage from lightening and had to have my deep freezer and my AC unit replaced. The day after they installed the unit I had to have emergency surgery and was in the hospital for over a week. Paul and his secretary contacted and worked with my insurance company and this was such a blessing to me because I was in no way able to handle all this and still be able to recover from my surgery. Because of the surgery and being out of work I was left short on cash and was not able to pay the entire balance of my $1000 deductible to Mr. Mays. He was so kind in allowing me to set up payments which helped take a lot of stress away from me which allowed me to be able to recover from my surgery and not be worried about the balance. All of his employees were so kind and helpful. They did a very professional and neat job when they installed my new heatpump. I am very thankful to Mr. Mays and his staff and I would highly recommend Mr. Mays to any of my friends who are needing any kind of Air Conditioning or Heating work done at their home."

"Came out immediately after I experienced a leak in my old water heater . Spencer did a great job replacing with a new heater and left his work space clean . Great job and price was exactly as quoted !"

"They are replacing my water heater."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"This company was great to work with. They worked hard to get our new water line installed. The cost of the project was very good. Communication before and during the project was excellent."

"I had an emergency situation with both main bath and master bath drains clogged, and the kitchen sink drain was slow to drain as well. I tried everything I knew to unclog the drains myself, (as I am prone to do). After blasting the drains from both ends with the hose under high pressure, I failed to remove the clogs. Lake Plumbing arrived promptly and unclogged both bathroom drains and the kitchen sink drain and I was more than pleased with the reasonable cost. I have scheduled further work with Lake Plumbing to replace some old faucets, and correct excessive dripping around other plumbing fixtures. I found Mr. De Jong and his wife to be very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient at what they do. I won't hesitate to call on them again in the future. I am very pleased with their work and it's nice to know I now have a local plumber I can trust."
