The system I was sold included some unresolved variables that, in hindsight, should have been clarified up front. While the salesperson (Erik M.) claims we discussed them (and to his credit, we did), I left the process feeling more like I was sold a product than truly advised on the best long-term solution. I take responsibility for not doing more homework beforehand, but I expected a higher level of guidance from a company positioning itself as an expert. There are many HVAC providers in Brevard, and based on my experience, I?d likely explore other options in the future. "
