"Dennis diagnosed the problem correctly within 10 minutes. Another contractor I called struggled for two visits before arriving at the same conclusion. When I made the decision to replace the entire 15 year old air handler in the attic he was able to match my old compressor outside with correctly spec'd new epuipment in the attic for a reasonable price. It rained the day of the repair, but they did not cancel, they used a pop-up tent for protection. The repair was completed the day it was scheduled. I was kept informed about technical issues and was able to make my own decisions. My tenant was very happy. No mess in the house.
