They responded quickly, made an appt. with a half hour window, showed up on time, provided a thorough solution to our water damage/rodent problem, gave us a reasonable written estimate then banged out the job on-time a few days later. "I’m probably the only person seen on the website not giving five stars but I will give the truth of my own personal experience. First of all my landlord hired this company. 1st time the owner was supposed to be out I waited over two hours before contacting him, he declined my call and text me that he had no idea who I was…had to reschedule. 2nd appt they were over two hours late. Afterwards, They had to come back to fix the door lock the next day. I’m now waiting for someone to come back out a third time because of rain pouring inside my kitchen on Friday. Called first thing Saturday to report it and was told there’d be here first thing Monday. It’s Monday and now I’m being told it will be the first topic of conversation this morning…I have stressed SEVERAL TIMES to this company how valuable MY TIME is but it doesn’t seem to matter. I was expecting them to be here to make wrong right because this is unacceptable. I’ve had to rearrange my schedule multiple times…I just don’t feel like I’m a priority nor that my time is considered valuable despite my ft time and the multiple things I juggle Day to day. And so I’m sharing my experience. This was a job set up by my landlord but should not matter one way or the other. (We also Have allot of rain coming within the next three days)"

"I paid Mr. Phomalee $1275 to do some bathroom remodeling work that he'd initially stated he'd be able to begin between Christmas and New Years this past December. After not showing up at that time, he proceeded to promise that work would begin on eight separate dates, missing all of them. During this time I received no communication from Mr. Phomalee unless I initiated it, and when I did he made an excuse related to his vehicle or family each time. Finally, I informed Mr. Phomalee that I needed him to return the funds paid to him as it had become clear he had no intention of doing the work for which he had been contracted. He informed me at that time that his previous excuses had been lies, that he had used the money I'd paid him for gambling, and that he most recently had not been able to due the work because he'd been trying to secure a loan to cover "the bad checks [he] had written to gamble so [he] didn't go to jail". So, I'm now in a position where I've had an unusable shower for two months, and will be forced to seek legal action against Mr. Phomalee to attempt to recover my money."

"Gary was on top of the job from start to finish. I've never seen someone who sweats the details the way he did. That's good because I learned that pouring a concrete driveway isn't simple. There are many important steps that go into good design in order to have a driveway that drains properly, looks great and can stand up to weather. We got all of that with Gary. His work was outstanding and we now have a beautiful new driveway that has increased the value of our home. It was a major investment but I wouldn't try to save money and risk getting some shoddy work from the lowest bidder. Gary is someone you can trust to give you a fair price and do the job right."
