"Because all the doors are custom made, it took a long time for the door to come in.  I didn't have a lot of choices because I was replacing an oversize door that was destroyed in a break-in.  Consequently I was without a front door (go out the back and go around front to get mail and newspaper) for over 6 weeks in the middle of a very cold, snowy winter. They said they would put a rush on it but I it took as long as originally stated. Once the door arrived they were very prompt at calling and setting up installation. The door itself is high quality but I was led to believe that there would be a little better finishing work around the frame by the carpenter. If you can plan ahead and aren't in a hurry or you don't require damage repair around the door, I would say this is the business you want. <br />"
