"Made the call and less than 24 hours later, I had a new tank and hot water. The owner Joe was very courteous and professional on the phone, explaining everything that need to be done. Unlike other companies, he immediately gave me an estimate and that estimate didn't change after the work. Joe and his helper were very courteous, did the install very clean and didn't cut any corners, as I watched every step.
