However, I want to add that I am expecting to tackle a big plumbing job ("repiping") early next year and I had a number of questions on that type of job. Willie and I discussed this for about a half hour prior to him tackling the install. He answered all my questions and provided some good insight to that type of job. Additionally, estimates were made and delivered electronically for both the install job and the "future" repiping job prior to any work being done. All-in-All, I am pleased with Show Plumbing, and the tech - Willie - for the work done and the manner in which it was provided."

"John (eco plumber) is the fairest, coolest, and responsive plumber I have ever met. The first time I met him, he put a new kitchen sink and faucet in for me, flawlessly. The next time, he rushed across town to fix a water line I had cut myself. He saved the day. One time at night, I noticed my neighbors lawn guy ran into the house main, and John walked me through shutting off the main, then he showed up for my out of town neighbor to fix this. He also replaced my water heater. He’s my plumber for life and I hate that this review might make him busier, but you should meet him if you need a plumber."

"Everything went well despite the difficulties encountered with the removal of the old water heater (awkward location in a small utility area that was very wet). Anthony with Budget Home Services, Fairbanks North Houston location, was extremely knowledgeable, answered all questions thoroughly and patiently and installed my new water heater and made sure everything was correct. Some items needed to be brought up to code (as I live in an older home), and this was done during the installation procedure as well. I cannot recommend Budget Home Services enough! We will only use this company for our home services as they arise. They are prompt, professional, and courteous plus....they have great product knowledge and expertise! Highly recommend!"

"Called at 8 am Saturday and on call plumber said he had a scheduled appointment but would be able to make the repair Saturday afternoon. Upon arrival he removed the insulation and found that the pipe had separated at the connector. JD Plumbing had repaired the pipe in January 2018 after the pipe froze and burst. The plumber, Sean, pointed out that the repair they made had separated but said since it was past the one year warranty he would need to call his manager to see what could be done on price. Sean made he call, sent a picture of the broken pipe and, after a second discussion, advised that the repair (normally $399) would be made at no charge even though we were past their warranty. This company is responsive, honest, and provides great customer service."
