"Excellent. The installer that came was Willie R. My main request was install the faucet that I'd purchased earlier. And he that professionally and all is good on that front. However, I want to add that I am expecting to tackle a big plumbing job ("repiping") early next year and I had a number of questions on that type of job. Willie and I discussed this for about a half hour prior to him tackling the install. He answered all my questions and provided some good insight to that type of job. Additionally, estimates were made and delivered electronically for both the install job and the "future" repiping job prior to any work being done. Anthony with Budget Home Services, Fairbanks North Houston location, was extremely knowledgeable, answered all questions thoroughly and patiently and installed my new water heater and made sure everything was correct. Some items needed to be brought up to code (as I live in an older home), and this was done during the installation procedure as well. I cannot recommend Budget Home Services enough! "These guys were amazing. I hired them to replace my tankless hot water heater. They took a no need to haggle approach to the estimate process, which I appreciated. The install process felt very white glove, with runners deployed left left my floors and freshly painted walls without a mark. JD was very professional and personable, taking the needed time to do the install correct the first time. "The plumber they sent out was great. No complaints. We paid top dollar for two new toilets, both to be installed. The water wasn't on most of the time because of leaks in the piping. We discovered a broken/leaking toilet subsequent to the installation. The company refuses to honor or provide any warranty / guarantee. We spent thousands of dollars with this company... to refuse to repair/replace a defective toilet is just the type of service no one wants."

"The basic service call fee for this company was only $35 compared to other plumbing companies in my area who wanted $130 just for coming out to look at our faucet problem, whether they did any repairs or not. The service technician was very nice, knowledgeable, and efficient, and we’re pleased with his work. The cost to replace our kitchen faucet and both the hot and cold water emergency valves was reasonable. Not cheap, but reasonable, especially compared to other plumbers I’ve used."

"Price and service were good. However their pricing method is not transparent. Enoch will ding you big time for small parts needed to install all water heaters. (Note: Enoch disclosed the potential for these charges in the fine print of their bid). For instance, Enoch replaced the water pan... it?s a $5 part at HD and they charged me $40! Same story with some flex tubing... It?s clearly a way to present competitive bid and ?sting? the customer at install... Enoch, just put it in the initial bid! I would have paid them on receipt of the bill but made them wait a few weeks because their pricing practices."
