Within minutes Cole maneuvered through the attic and found a small pin hole leak in the Pex pipe. Cole quickly removed and replaced the damaged section of pipe. "Awesome service!! Zach (tech) spent over 6 hours taking toilets (3) apart, snaking the drain (in 2 locations) all the way to the city line and running a camera to the city line as well. During this process another tech brought a bigger machine – afterhours. Then he correctly diagnosed the problem – the city line was plugged. Zach talked to the city dispatcher (Saturday @ 8 pm) and then left. Was stunned the bill was reduced to $100 (afterhours callout fee), Zach said “We didn’t fix it you don’t pay” Was shocked when a Huntsville Public Works truck showed up 2 hours later (10 pm on Saturday) and used 750 psi to unclog the sewer line.
