They called to confirm start date and time the Friday before the job was to start. The crew was on time,got right to work and kept the mess to a minimum.

 The fellows were friendly and polite and took the time to answer my questions.
All the garbage was hauled away and any mess in the front yard was cleaned up.
The job was done in the time specified on the contract. And they made arrangements for the drywall repair.
When we did encounter a problem with the way the tile met the edge of the shower it was taken care of the next day and it looks great.
