"Trinity HVAC got in touch with me right away and their communication was excellent, letting me know when someone could come out and they showed up as scheduled. Chris inspected the unit inside and outside to assess the situation then thoroughly explained the problem before doing the work. He provided a follow-up email with the invoice showing the detailed items that were repaired and photos."

"HD Mechanical did an excellent job. After trying to fix my water heater, the tech offered me two solutions, the first to repair the old unit and the second to replace it. I chose to replace the unit because it was 20 years old. He was able to return in two days and spend many hours at my home. The tech was courteous, professional, explained everything and made sure everything was working properly before he left."

"The repair crew is prsessional and also stayed calm in dealing with surprise conditions. Great services. Juan wrote up the quote, I thought he might be just sales, but he actually hand on did the work. He knows his staff!"

"I highly recommend this company. Penguin heating & Air was very quick to respond to my request, fast text reply, sent them pics, they replied with a quote, which was way lower than anyone else on this site, or even our regular guy that we normally use, we scheduled an appointment for the very next day, which was today, he also finished the job the same day! David did a very good job, very professional. Despite a terrible rainy day, he got the job done. When he was done he walked me through with exactly what he did. He also quoted me for a service on an existing unit and his quote was almost $200 less than what our regular guy charges us... We will absolutely be using this company again."

"Repaired main line from street to house. Polite employees. Work was completed on time and customer service kept me informed."
