"Recently had a home inspection performed in preparation of selling our house next year. The inspection revealed several small items that needed attention/repair, including: rotting window trim, warped garage side door, leaking gutters/downspouts, and damage to the concrete foundation. In addition, all the fascia trim showed extreme weathering and needed painting. We first thought of hiring a handyman to do all of these jobs and had a few come out but we were not impressed by their professionalism, leaving us to doubt their abilities to perform the needed repairs adequately.
