"Called on Ethical Plumbing for a leak under our crawlspace. Tristan &Colin arrived and after explaining our situation, they proceeded to get to work. Working in an area that is only 2 ft. high, they determined the cause of the leak. I called the next Monday and was told oh, you need a new water heater. Johnny Gavilan from Preferred Home Services checked a couple things and found our expansion tank was bad. He did warn us there still could be a problem with the water heater but at least he checked first. If we need the water heater replaced, our expansion tank will be new!"
