"Ramos Wildlife Removal were the only company not outrageously priced when asked to remove a trapped wildlife animal. I had already purchased traps and caught an opossum the first night-now I just needed someone to come take it away. Most companies wanted $250 and above, just for removal. Ramos was very considerate of my situation given I lived in a townhouse that I only rented. Since I explained I had a family of opossum and raccoons making a ruckus at night he only charged $150 to remove the first animal and stated any other removal would just cost $75. Not only was Ramos understanding, but they were here the same day within less then an hour. I will be doing business with this company again, and I'd highly recommend them to assist in wildlife removal."

"I recently called Viking Pest to re-bait my rodent stations in the garage and outside. When they arrived, they refused to do that and told me that since I have a dog, their company policy no longer allows them to. I had the dog when I started service with them. In fact, 2 months prior to their policy change they sold me 2 outdoor bait stations for $75. So basically, they would like me to spend more money and buy into their Smart Rodent technology instead, as their only option claiming it’s safer. If they were offering it at the same cost then that might be an option but it’s not the case. I called multiple times asking for their service manager to call me as I was upset. Each time customer service would say I’d get a call within 48 hours and never did. I guess since Viking is owned by Anticimex a large corporation, they’ve lost sight of customer service. I am very disappointed with Viking Pest, I would not recommend them. If I could give the no stars I would."

After 21 years as a customer, we accidentally missed one bill (a whole $71 bucks1) and without a phone call, letter or anything else, they turned the account over to a collection agency. The account was brought up to date via our online banking account but.... Cooper is either too cheap or too inefficient to electronically link to Wells Fargo so the bank has to mail them a paper check which can take 7-10 days to arrive."

I called several exterminators, but Howard from City Wide responded fastest, listened to my concerned and made a plan to come out that evening. He was courteous, took time explaining the issue, and resolved the problem that night. Highly recommend."

"Very bad investment. $1400 up front to trap foxes. Foxes were all over the yard each night. Scott set the same traps with the same bait and didn't catch foxes for two weeks. Unable to adapt and adjust despite nightly failure. This company is a big money grab with no real level of competence. Scott is just not able. "
