"We have very complex tiling so this work was more complicated than a typical repair. He had to remove multiple layers and do it, slowly. It still didn't look quite right so on his own he ripped the new partial grout out and did a slightly different shade. Spent the time and effort to do a hard job right. And all this for a very reasonable cost. Strong recommend."

As others have mentioned he is very busy but will work as long as needed to get the job done right (our 45sq/ft job ended up being a bit more involved once old tile was removed). "David responded to my call immediately. He asked to come to assess area since the price covered an allotted square feet and did not cover additional decorative tile. David first arrived promptly to look over tile and said my area was covered and he would include my small corner tiles. We agreed on date and time for work to be done. When he arrived promptly with a helper they put towels down outside perimeter so that area would not get damaged. I was hoping for a brighter restoration in the groove pattern of the tile. To be honest, the tile is 15 years old. This did not happen. The grout did look cleaner. He did not apply sealant as he said I didn't need it and it wouldn't do me any good. Overall, it felt like my floor got washed well, but after a week there was a brownish film left from the solution. I really liked David and his professionalism and desire to please the customer, but I don't think I would do it again.

"The grout in our master bath shower was moldy and cracked. We got another estimate but Tony's price was better and he was able schedule the job promptly. He was very professional and friendly. Before starting the work he laid down cardboard over our hardwood floors, and drop cloths over stairs and carpeting. When the old tile was removed it was evident that the builder had used ordinary wallboard behind the tile, which was damp, and would have been more of a problem in years to come if we hadn't replaced it as Tony recommended. The actual job took only 3 days, though it was delayed several times due to the rough winter we had. Tony always kept in touch and was always available by phone. We are very pleased with our new shower. When the job was done, Tony cleaned up everything. He used the garage to cut tile and left it cleaner than when he started. We would definitly have him work for us again and will recommend him to others.

"On separate occasions, Kol staff came to measure and then install granite in bathrooms and living space. If it wasn't perfect , they made it so. Visiting their Cherry Hill site was fun, when selecting granite from remnants. Overall a great experience. Highly Recommend.

Kevin was super responsive, trustworthy, and honest throughout the vetting/estimate process and that trait was consistent throughout the work. He was pretty easy to a get a hold of when I had questions leading up to the start date of the job and was also flexible with the starting date (working around my wife's travel schedule) which we very much appreciated.
