"Great, provider was very friendly and did a great job.  Left no mess behind and told me about the damage to the inner parts of my chimney.  He said it needed to be replaced but wasn't being a pushy salesman and even said to get some quotes and call them back he I don't find a better deal.  They were on the expensive side when it came to replacing the panels tho.  But overall I would use them again to clean my chimney.

We received an estimate for cleaning our chimney and fireplace when purchasing our home and the work ended up being far more extensive than the original estimate (major safety issue was found during cleaning). "Overall, it was great experience.  They arrived on time.  One person worked outside and one inside.  A mat was laid in front of the fireplace, on the floor to make sure no soot or other dirt fell or spilled on our carpet.  A gadget with a camera was snaked up the flue to take pictures and pictures were taken on the outside of the chimney (with a 35mm camera) to show the condition of the cap. 
The findings were explained and recommendations were made.  
I only had the cleaning performed and took their recommendations under advisement.  I don't recall the exact amount of the service as it was almost a year ago.
The service people were clean, professional, courteous and answered all of the questions I had.  And I would definitely use them again!
They were very easy to contact and schedule the appointment.  Their in house customer service people were just as friendly as those in the field.

"Two gentlemen arrived, very courteous and professional.  I escorted one gentleman to the furnace area to investigate what would be cleaned.  I was amazed to see what I saw!  Soot (looking more like crumbled dirt and sand) nearly filled the flue; solid evidence there was a serious and potentially unsafe problem in that side of the chimney.  The other gentleman shared that he'd go to the top of the chimney to advise me of the condition.  He also took pictures on their phones so I could see the condition above.  There was no cap on the furnace chimney (I had one on the fireplace chimney).  He also looked into the fireplace chimney which I greatly appreciated.  One gentleman advised me of the cost of the repairs, I agreed to the cost, and they began working.  These gentlemen were outstanding; demonstrating great concern for the safety of my home.  I would not hesitate to use them again.
