"Install went well. I asked him about taking the old water heater off and he stated he needed to go get a trailer to haul it off. He never returned and I sent him a text asking about it and have not received an answer. It was done 4 days ago and text sent 2 days ago. I paid promptly and expected the same in return. Was planning on hiring them for some other plumbing projects and recommending them to family members with pending plumbing projects. "

"DO NOT HIRE PRIDE PLUMBING. I had Pride come out last friday because of a clogged toilet and water backing up into my tub. When a cheaper option didn't work, he then had to do a much more expensive job where he removed the toilet and tried pumping from inside. that worked for a few days however the exact same issues happened just a few days later. Now, I was told that the job was under warranty and that if we had ANY issues to call them back and they would fix them right away. I called, and was immediately told we'd be charged again. Apparently, only the resetting of the toilet was under warranty. According to the man I spoke to (Steve) "anyone could just throw something in the toilet and clog it up again" My wife and I live alone with no children. No one threw anything in the toilet other than tissue and waste. Once again, do not hire Pride Plumbing unless you want to be lied to, and have the exact same problems in a few days, where they will try to charge you again."
