"Plumber did a good job, but took almost 4 hours to connect 6 small pieces of plastic pipe. Then used a restrictive pipe for an air gap and water flowed all over everything. The original air gap utilized a 7/8" rubber hose, which was already connected and changed to something that would not work. There was no replacing anything, as all the old plumbing was eliminated and just required new plastic pipe. The time for this job was outrageous for a job that was an hour max and the price? well...785 dollars for this? Never again will we use D and F, this price is outrageous for such a small job....."

Very professional, outgoing and efficient. He even cleaned up his mess when he was done, not leaving a trace behind that he was even there, except for new pipes and the garbage disposal he just installed for me. "On time arrival, that's huge. They did a look-see in the morning and the underground storm drain pipe repair job I needed done was simple enough that they were able to fit me into their schedule that same day. They did an amazing job on the pipe repair and even filled in the hole when they were done. I had already done the digging and had tried to do the repair myself. Big mistake. Call AXIOM and get it done right the first time! I was so impressed that I gave their business card to our HOA president to give to any of our neighbors that are having similar issues with their storm drain pipes. The houses in our neighborhood have areas of obvious quick, cheap, shoddy and out-of-code (I looked it up!) workmanship and materials and the City of Tigard is ridiculously inept if not downright corrupt regarding construction inspections, observed during a recent inspection after the replacement of my forced air gas furnace (original was cheap and NOT installed to code), but that's another story. Some are starting to have similar issues with their storm drain pipes and it's only a matter of time for others."

"First rate job from start to finish. I'm very picky and they listened to what I wanted and paid attention to all the details and communicated very well. Very knowledgeable about the various options I could have used and very focused on using equipment built to last. <br /> Price was much, much better than all the other quotes I received. Price was approximately half of what 2 of the other qoutes were for the same furnace so there are obviously some contractors out there whose business is focused on fooling poeple into paying too much. Very knowledgeable about the systems available so was able to add a big filter unit for free that others were charging up to $400 for. <br /> Only negative is they are very busy so it took a little while for the initial visit. But they did the work extremely fast and with high quality. For high quality, attention to detail, and fantastic price I'm willing to live with them being a little too busy to come out the next day after I called. <br /> Furnaces are one area where it pays to do your research. Had I relied on the first 2 quotes from contractors who came out right away I would paid almost double for the same furnace. I then got 4 other qoutes and Heatco was lower than all of them and the furnace quality was higher than many of the other quotes. I also will be getting the $350 tax break and $100 natural gas incentive which is not counted in the $2200 installed price."

"Chris showed up promptly on time. Adjusted the gas / air mixture on two separate fireplaces and cleaned the soot from logs and glass enclosure. Both fireplaces look and function fantastically. Chris was very pleasant and professional and was very careful not to soil our white carpet while cleaning both fireplaces. I would definitely use this service again and highly recommend Chris."
