"Randy helped evaluate the issue with the water heater and was able to replace it in an incredibly short amount of time. Thanks to him our tenants were able to get their hot water back very quickly. Thank you!"

"They were the only ones to contact me so thats why value for work is a 4. i don't have another bid to compare too. They showed up later than original time frame but throught the day they kept me informed which I liked. Some places don't update you or you have to call them to get an update."

"Vitaliy has been amazing for every visit he had come out for. One time to fix a toilet that was leaking. Second time for a supposed leak in water pipes at street that he found were no longer leaking and finally to install a much needed thermoregulatory system not installed by water heater company despite required by code! Very thorough and making sure customer understands the problem and needed fix. Wonâ t be going to any other plumber and would highly recommend him to others!"

"PB Plumbing did a completer water pipe replacement and installed a new hot water heater. Paul was on time, explained how he would do the project and started right to work. He is a very hard worker and when finished he took away all the debris and cleaned up his work. I would hire him again. Thanks Paul."

"The service was professional and efficient. We had been without hot water for months, all the other plumbers who came in and assessed the job told us they could not help or it was too complicated. Anton just said he liked a challenge and once the project was started it only took a few days. I would recommend Anton to anyone needing plumbing work. Our family is very grateful!"

"Very knowledgeable, got the job done on the first visit (leaky shut off valve replacement)."

"My water pressure in the only shower of the house had gone almost out. The bathroom sink pressure was also low as well as an issue in the kitchen sink with the hot water. I called NW Sundance on Tuesday and they came out on Saturday (didn't have to miss any work). Jeff was very professional and quickly fixed all my problems. So happy to have my shower back!! Very satisfied!!"

"I purchased a large pedestal sink when Covid hit and discovered the plumbing needed work before I could install it. I called Henco plumbing and Joe came out and explained what they would need to do to install my new Pedestal sink, he answered my questions and concerns and gave me a quote for the job. Adrian came out today and reworked the 1935 plumbing and installed the new sink. He did an awesome job. The plumbing work is perfect and hidden behind the pedestal. The caulking work was excellent. I am very pleased and impressed with Henco Plumbing. I would use them again."

"Put in request late last night and had a call first thing this morning and had a new hot water heater install shortly after lunch."

"Wyatt was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. His estimates were very reasonable compared to other quotes we received, and he took the time to explain our options clearly. He made honest, practical recommendations on plumbing fixtures that helped us avoid unnecessary costs while still getting quality results. We really appreciated his transparency and expertise. Travis arrived on time to fix our plumbing issues and install a water filtration system. He completed the work efficiently without rushing and was very careful with the fixtures. After installing the water filter, he clearly explained the next steps for proper usage and what to watch for to identify any potential issues. He encouraged us to reach out if anything came up and assured us he would come back promptly if needed. His attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to help really stood out. Highly recommend this team for reliable, professional, and trustworthy plumbing services."
