We discussed the problem I was having, and they gave me several ideas to try to get my A/C unit running properly before actually coming to take a look. I ended up taking their suggestions - cleaning the unit and blowing out the drain line - which resolved the issue. I appreciate and respect a company willing to provide a few troubleshooting/DIY tips before being eager to charge a service fee. Will definitely call in the event I need help in the future."

"Our water heater went out the other night. I called and explained what was going on and they assured me that someone will be out as soon as possible. A bit later the technician came to the house ,first he greeted us then he put on his shoe covers before coming into the house. When I showed the technician the problem he was very patient in explaining to me what all needed to be done and he answered all my questions in a way that i could understand. I was impressed with his knowledge of the business but more impressed with his people skills. That night was our first time to call a plumber and if we ever need one again we will definitely call them!"
