"I hired this father-and-son business after water damage in my home, and the experience was terrible from start to finish. Work stalled for weeks, communication was poor, and I was even asked to pay the final installment out of my own pocket and wait for insurance reimbursement. Despite multiple walkthroughs, the workmanship was substandard: carpet lifting in every room, uneven baseboards, mismatched cabinet colors, nail holes, misaligned doors and trim, patchwork paint, and even drywall stuffed with paper to fill gaps. After paying in full, a towel bar later fell off, exposing that it had been screwed into cardboard rather than solid backing. The owner admitted this was a ?quick fix? and even asked me to remove my BBB review. The quality and professionalism fell far below standard. I would strongly advise against hiring this company."
