"Scott was able to come out quickly and diagnose the issue I had with my old heat pump. He gave me options to repair or replace. Considering the age of my heat pump was far beyond its expected lifespan, I went ahead and asked him to replace it. He got the parts ordered right away and I had a new unit within a few days. The new system is working great and I was happy with Scott's professionalism, communication and cleanliness. Highly recommended."

"AJ came to my house that same day and began diagnostics on my unit. He discovered that the motor was burnt out and ordered a new one. He went to pick it up and installed right away. After he installed the motor, he turned on the unit and discovered that there was more problems with the unit. His advice on the possible outcomes was very professional and cost efficient."

"This young man was very efficient and communicative. He was extremely conscientious and exact about his work. He was considerate about caring for our home by carefully closing the door and wearing foot covers on the carpet. He installed a window unit in an upstairs bathroom. Did an excellent job. Would hire him again if needed."

I am sole owner and local small business man here in Manchester. Life long resident. I own a restaurant in town, a small machine shop and have been in maintenance all of my life. I am coming close to retiring from a local government contract I have been with over 25 years. I have started this business because I love to “fix stuff”. This is what I wish to do in my retirement future. If I can’t do it, I know enough people in town that can. I am a people person and enjoy helping folks. I look forward to meeting all of you.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"He was able to repair my 23 yr old unit. The day I called. Did not try to sell me another $6000 or $7000 new unit. Nice experience when I do replace I will give AVU a call."
