"I contacted angi's list and they quoted me a price of $181, Torch services called and charged me $255 then said I would get a senior discount of $20 off, they raised the price to $275 so the cost to me was $255. I didn't appreciate the change in price. Then I had scheduled with Angi's list forFriday and the Torch services came on Thursday. Angi's list charged me $15 for a cancellation on Friday. My bank charged a $25. I will not use Torch Services again or Angi's list. Torch services did a good job."
