"Ned did a great job. Someone in the house slipped in the tub and broke the water spout and bent the valve. I thought it was going to be a massively expensive endeavor and Ned really stepped up and fixed everything to my satisfaction and to the satisfaction of everyone in the house. I was really impressed by the pricing. I’ve used other plumbers in the last year, and it felt like I was being taken advantage of by those plumbers. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of by Ned. His pricing was well within my budget. I will be sure to use him on my next plumbing project around the house."

"I hired Sprague Plumbing to replace my kitchen sink. Scott was very friendly and professional. He completed quality work at a reasonable price."

"Business was willing to accommodate a short notice repair appointment for a pending home sale. Technician was prompt and efficient with all repairs and future recommendations noted as per request. They provided a certified plumbing inspection report as an addendum to the home sale inspection report as well. Overall, I would highly recommend the business for all plumbing needs. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable technicians."

"Quality Craftmanship! Chooses the least intrusive route minimizing surface damage. It is nice to have a contractor clean up after the job is completed. Keith is customer-centric! I highly recommend you contact Advanced Gas Piping. They do quality work at a fair price."

"Just moved into a HUD home and we were having problems with the gas working and also the water pressure from the hot water heater. In trying to figure everything else I called Jerry to help with the hot water heater. He realized that even though I thought the water was on {it was at the time of inspection} it wasn't. He didn't charge me and also didn't make me feel like the idiot that I am. I will use him again if I need plumbing help."

"I would have rated the customer service higher, but the owner had to move the start date back a couple of times. I can't ding him much for that because it was due to an injury to a family member he had to deal with. And Vern strikes me as responsible and honest. He was straightforward in his explanations as to what was happening with our toilet leak. He got right to work and had the complete replacement finished in a couple of hours. Talked with us about maintenance. It's now a month later and we're happy with the results. Would use him again in a moment. Recommended."

"I find it difficult to believe that less than 8 hrs. of labor plus less than $100 worth of plumbing materials should equal a $10,000 bill !!!! The plumbing industry is an incredible rip off to a home owner ! They also gave me a labor estimate for replacing a bathroom faucet of $400, for at most a half hour of work ! Needless to say I will be replacing it myself."

"At every oil change they do a complete check of the vehicle and let me know about immediate and possible future issues with the vehicle. Unlike the oil change chain outlets their analysis is honest. They keep the whole place clean, the service bays included, At times when I have called or stopped in with immediate problem they either do the work at that time or find a time to work me in that or the next day.
My experience with them has been so good that my next car will be a Toyota so I can continue have them work on my cars. They also work on Volvo, BMW and Audi, but I don't want one of those.
Two things that would make it nicer.
1. Coffee for customers
2. Either a courtesy vehicle or ability to provide ride to and from when work to be performed will exceed couple of hours.

"Snap freeze caused a frozen outdoor spigot which cracked. Unfortunately replacement required cutting some drywall in my basement to access the pipe. Alfredo and his assistant were great. Prompt, polite, clean, and efficient. Plumber's are expensive but the quote came in low/middle range so it seems like they are fair. Use those outdoor spigot covers everyone!"
