"We called "Good to Go" for an estimate to replace our old and reported to be failed air conditioning system. Mr. Kaurin visited us and inspected the unit He reported that the air compressor's low voltage source was disconnected and that the capacitor was bad. He replaced and repaired the unit and had it operating within 1/2 hour of his visit. We will have "Good to Go" replace both our furnace and A/C system when either system becomes un-repairable. "There was very little work to do. They came out on time and I was happy for the professionalism, but there was nothing to do because it's a brand new system. The service is free for a year. I could have had them come out in April to check the air conditioning system, but since they just installed the unit in April, I didn't bother, but it would have been free. This fall, when I called him to check the furnace, he thought he was coming out to check the air conditioning, I said, "no, you're here to check the furnace because I'm going to be using the heat this fall". He said, "no problem" and he checked that out, he said, "I feel like I'm not doing anything, I can still check the air conditioner", and I said, "if you want to, but I've been running it all summer and it's been great". I asked him there was a charge and he said, "no, the first year was free"."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
