They are reliable and I can always get someone to go out to the house no matter what time it is. They always call you right back when calling after hours. The prices may seem a bit higher than other companies for emergency or any service but it's well worth it because they respond and show up. They also offer many specials for tune ups, plumbing, etc. I highly recommend Sila for any of your heating, air conditioning, and plumbing needs."
