"We had an excellent experience with the Outdoors Group. I had never even heard of roof rats before this (and would happily have never learned about them), but David came, assessed and treated the issue promptly, thoroughly, and professionally, and developed great rapport with our 2.5 year old. I mention this last detail because that has stuck with us. Our son loves "Mr. David." Over a month after he helped us, a neighbor was asking for a good recommendation for pest control; I was trying to remember the name of David's company and called out to my husband, "What was the company's name who took care of the roof rats?" My toddler called out, "It's David, Mama!" He points out other pest control trucks on the road, asking if that's who's driving. Still in January, when he developed a lot of irrational fears about monsters in our house (which apparently is a common toddler stage), we literally used Mr. David to alleviate his fears: "There aren't any monsters anywhere! Even the roof rats, you know who took care of them?" "Mr. David!" he would say confidently. Even writing this review, he came up to ask what I was doing. "Writing a review for Mr. David," I told him. "Mr. David? I love him! He took care of our roof rats!" As homeowners, we are so thankful that we went with David's service and that he came all the way up from Carrollton (we live in Powder Springs); we have had zero issues since he came out, and he was so responsive to any questions and concerns we had about the treatment. We just felt taken care of, that we could trust his word and work absolutely. As parents, we are STILL grateful for the provision of a lasting sense of safety and security that David is unwittingly providing for our son. :) We could not recommend his services highly enough."

"I have used Absolute Exterminating Services for many years and I am extremely happy with the service they provide. I met Calvin approximately 9 years ago when I had a termite issue. He resolved my issue, explained everything and followed through. He is always polite, courteous, professional and does a quality job. His pleasant demeanor, professionalism and quality of work is still today as it was back then. I highly recommend this service to anyone for all your pest control needs."

"Justin and his team are wonderful! They really helped us out when we were on a time crunch to have a pest handled and our insulation replaced. I cannot recommend this business enough!"

"It went well.  They treated the hive and then scooped up the area of grass and dirt where the hive was and removed it.

"It went extremely well. The representative was very knowledgeable about the issue (rats getting into crawlspace) and took the time to inspect both the exterior *and interior* of both our crawlspace and attic and design a solution. They also followed up quickly to seal our crawlspace and set up a schedule to come check the traps.
"

"Very well; they sealed the area, cut back limbs from the house and sealed some openings. Very thorough, very friendly guys."

"Very well! A very detailed job was performed and we have not had the flying squirrels return and hope they do not :) We paid for a one year warranty on the service just in case the animals do come back. Very responsive and helpful when it came to coming to the house when we were available and always called us back quickly."

"We have just recently moved to Georgia and never in any part
of the country that I?ve lived in, did I ever think squirrels would cause such
a ruckus. We moved into our home last year and everyone warned us to make sure
our attic was squirrel-proof.  We kept
ignoring the warnings and putting it off until one evening in the middle of the
night we heard our first critter in the attic. It took one restless night of
sleep and witness to the damages caused by the critter to start researching
pest control and maintenance.
Other companies came out to give us bids without a thorough
inspection and tried to convince us that we were in for spending much more than
I was expecting. After sharing our frustrations with friends at our local dog
park, someone highly recommend TITAN ANIMAL SOLUTIONS. I called them that
afternoon and the following day they showed up on time and took me around my
own attic to show me where the issues were and explain the options for
addressing the damage. It was as if I were in the care of doctors telling me
exactly what was going to happen next, how it will remedy the problem and how
to maintain the work done.  The cost was
almost half of what the others were going to charge and the attention to detail
and costumer relation was TRIPLE any other company that I contacted.
I would most definitely recommend TITAN to anyone.

"I would highly recommend All Critters! Stephen was very professional and thorough from start to finish. Fair priced quote and next day availability allowed us to catch and remediate the problem, immediately. Small entry point patched, sealed, and painted. Pests gone without a trace."
