"Got a callback quickly. A plumber was sent out next day project for start to finish only took a few hours. Satisfied with the work, price, and punctuality."

"Easy appointment scheduling & on time. Fixed our problem without any hassle."

"Dan Powers. Mark came out and was very kind and very thorough. He took his time and located the problem. and said that if it was to cause us any more problems, to call, and he would come take another look. We are going to have to replace a toilet on a separate issue, and we will be calling him back to replace it. My wife and I were very, very satisfied and pleased with his work and professionalism. RETURN CUSTOMER, INDEED."

"Overall, the experience was positive. The techs quickly and efficiently located and resolved my issue (the pool pump timer was bad, and the voltage output was non existent to the pump). I asked, however, for a price prior to performing the work and was not given one. I went inside to grab my husband and when I got back out(less than 5 minutes later) the work was done and they were discussing pricing amongst themselves so it appears there was some grey area on pricing. Overall, they were friendly, fixed the problem, and were much appreciated- but pricing transparency should be worked on."

"I noticed a smell in my kitchen and black water in my HVAC vent. Shelby with Backwood's Plumbing had a sewer camera and spotted the blockage in my kitchen drain quickly. He replaced a cast iron sewer pipe with new pvc in the kitchen and utility room for the washer. His knowledge and equipment are excellent and very fair on the price for fixing my plumbing issues. I will definitely recommend and use Backwood's plumbing again. Thank You, Shellby!"

"Sewer drainage was backing up into the shower drains. I asked Lance to do a clean out but after a little work on his part the cleanout wasn’t needed because it was a small clog near the mains n clean out access. He only charged for the service call $90 and showed us how we could do it next time in a few minutes. Great service and great guy!"

"It was an excellent experience. Thanna did an excellent job making a 45 year old shower look like new. She was prompt, efficient and very organized. I would highly recommend PermaFinishOK."

"I called on Wednesday morning and Buddy said they could be out that afternoon to repair the leak they'd missed as well as install the bathtub spout. I told him the repairs were so minor that we could wait until Thursday. He said Thursday afternoon would be fine and they would be at my house around 3pm. He assured me he would call before they headed our way. No call, no show on Thursday, not even a courtesy call. I assumed they forgot about me so I called Friday morning and asked. He said that they had not forgotten but just got "too busy." He said they could come out Friday afternoon and that he would call to let me know they were on the way. They showed up at 3pm without any warning. Luckily, I was working from home and was here to let them in.Clearly, the responsiveness I experienced on the first repair is not as consistent as I originally imagined. It took them approximately an half-an-hour to complete the project and, so far, it is working as expected. On the positive side, both the plumber and his assistant again were very efficient and friendly. Also, they only charged me for half a service call, which I imagine is unheard of in the plumbing business, and he was even polite enough to ask if the $45 was acceptable to me! Kudos on the customer service."

"Couldn't have been better. Top of the line people, excellent work, superb craftsmanship."
