"Decided to give MSD a call as I had another company over the house today to fix my AC and they were not able to repair it as they needed to order parts. Mehmet answered the phone and couldn't have been more professional/helpful. He spent 10 or so mins on the phone with me trying to understand the problem and give me advice. He unfortunately couldn't send some one out as he was super jammed with the current heat wave. I will not hesitate to call Mehmet again as he is a true professional and very knowledgeable."

"Great Service. My central ac is ice cold now on 71"

"We had a phone call and he actually helped me figure out that I might need a plumber instead of HVAC repair. Mark was very courteous and so helpful! If we do end up needing to go back to him I will definitely call for them to make a visit."

"Jack was a lifesaver! He was the only HVAC professional we could find to repair our central AC same day. He explained everything, checked our entire cooling system, repaired it quickly and gave us tips and suggestions for moving forward and maintaining it. Also just a super nice guy. Thank you again Jack!"

"These guts are my go to guys for all HVAC repairs. Rebuilt one of my heaters in an impossible crawl space. Great service & reasonable."

"Victor recently replaced my home AC unit. I have been using his services for many years. I have found his prices to be reasonable and the quality of his work superb. He does the work, not an apprentice or a new grad that you get with many other places. He has also always been quick to respond to emergencies, never longer than the next day."

"This Company is top notch! They quickly responded to my urgent message in regard to no heat in the house and had the service guy arrive to the door right after completing another job. They were very professional and did the repair in no time and price quoted over the phone was exactly what was charged for the service. We will definitely call this Company again for any boiler repairs. Thank you!"

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. Without hesitation I will recommend Petro to friends and family throughout the Philly area. Peter A. Elkins Park"

"My goodness, where do I start. Competence squared. Friendly exacting service. I felt as if I’ve known JB forever. My house is so much better for having his service. We are now enjoying our brand new TOSOT 24000 mini split. This company is my go to for service always."

"When your request a service, it important to ask if there is anything else I should know. My dryer wasn't getting hot so I thought I would just need my vent cleaned. Well, come to find out when the vent was clean and after the guy was packing up, he stated that "oh, we do provide a dryer cleaning and we have those packages he also stated "If your dryer doesn't get hot, you ming need a full cleaning of the dryer, where we take it apart" I would have requested that full service, if I would have known about that service. I'm not scheduling another appointment when the guy was already here and could have done everything to get my dryer working.... My suggestion is to ask all the questions possible to make sure you know your options for service. P.S. My dryer still isn't getting hot."
