"Had Dave out to work on my furnace yesterday and talked to Rich from RMS to get the ball rolling for my repair. I HIGHLY recommend them! Amazingly honest guys who do quality work. Having them come back out for my hot water tank in the very near future. Gillece recommended replacing my furnace and AC yesterday for $9,990. After I asked them to leave, I called Rich at RMS and had Dave come out. He fixed my issue in 3 hours for $600! Refreshingly honest service during a time when others try to take advantage of you. "I had an excellent experience with this company! When I called they sent someone out that day to look at the damaged door and give me a price that was lower than all their competitors. He also made sure my door was on his next truck in. The two gentlemen that came to fix my door were professional and polite. They quickly fixed the door and left it better than before by oiling the springs and tracking to get rid of the awful screeching noise. They also took the time to explain what they were doing and what type of regular maintenance I should preform to get the longest life out of my doors and showed me how to reprogram the door in the event I decided to change my code. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
