"Robert called when he was enroute and arrived early. Hired him as an electrician for the day. During the day he replaced 2 ceiling fans and replaced 5 outside lights on the porch, garage, and back porch. He replaced a fuse for the ceiling fan, and changed out the front doorbell switch after trouble shooting it. He replaced a smoke detector and he replaced two light fixtures in our bathrooms. After completing all electrical work early, he gladly changed out a faucet in the powder room, and put up new 3-piece bathroom fixtures in all three bathrooms. All in a day's work. "Unfortunately, he was trying to hang up one of my mirrors and he scratched it in two places. He is supposed to replace the mirror at this point, but his overall service was fine. I don't know, it happens. It wasn't intentional. I am not angry or anything, but it's just that I have to replace a mirror. He took his time with the other things that I needed done. It was just unfortunate that the mirror got scratched. He was on time. He was prior to the time. He introduced himself and seen what I needed done before going on the clock."

"I've used Floodbusters twice in the last two years. The first time they came out and sealed a crack in my utility room to exposed concrete. The job was solid, but the sealant they used looked a bit sloppy. I called and the same week they came out and painted over it. Now it looks good! This was in 2019. This past February 2020 I had them come out again, this time they had to remove drywall to access where the crack was. Two different men came out then the first time. They did a pretty good job. All I need now is for my drywall to be replaced and another successful job will have been done and in the books. I really appreciate this company and highly recommend!"

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
