"Vann Construction built my new steel roof carport and front porch cover and did a fantastic job. The cost was very reasonable for the work done. I highly recommended them."

"Fantastic. I really like Jesse and his dad; they work together. They are good people--honest and professional and skilled. I had three bids, all from Angies List; Jesse had the best bid because he also included the staining in the bid, AND he gave me an Angies List discount. I used my credit card to pay, so I paid an extra 2%, and the total cost was $9551. I want to hire them again to build a pergola."

"Arrived on time, surveyed the roof, and went to work finding a small leak that allowed some water to enter the house.  First try, found a small leak and repaired it, including putting on a new boot on an outside pipe vent.  I still had problems with some leaking.  Second try, looked all over the roof to find a leak, finally found a hole that was mis-nailed and allowed water on the wood underneath.  Fixed it including repair of the wood decking and putting roof back in order.  Pleasant experience and seemingly professional.

"Manuel and his crew worked very hard to remove a camphor tree. The berries had become dangerous to our pets. And I it had grown through the metal fence we were having replaced so you can imagine the issues of getting it and the stump out. Manuel had someone come to grind it out because his chain saws couldn’t cut through the pipe and wires inside the tree and now we have great smelling mulch for the flower beds."
