I would certainly call them again for any future plumbing work. We decided to go with JRS Maintenance for a leak in our cast iron water pipes, which later turned into a bigger job. The nearby pipes were already showing signs of decay, so after an honest conversation with Jimmy, we just settled on changing that whole section leading up to the small leak with PVC (a much-needed upgrade). He arrived on time and made sure to call in advance. The old plumbing came with some concerns, which were shared in advance, but overall the job went smoothly. "House has base board (boiler) heating system and wanted whole house AC. After consulting with Neal/Duane choose a Bosch 2 ton AHU w/35k inverter. Also had them add a surge protector because of the frequent power surges/outages in the area I live in rural area (Oswego county). Duct work needed to be installed which added to over all cost in materials and labor. Another factor was I had them add in the heating section of the system as the cost was minimal to the over all cost and now have a backup heating system. Work was done timely with little interruption. All was cleaned up afterwords and Duane did a little touch up work on the sub-contracted duct work. Used a Smart thermostat for the installed heat pump and later replace the boiler thermostat w/ a smart thermostat as well which allows me to control/monitor all heating and AC systems remotely. Very glad and satisfied I went with Prime Heating and Air ."

After the third time they finally got it right. First technician was a younger guy who was not keen on going into the attic since it was hot up there. He didn't know what he was doing. Second guy the same. Third guy was an older tech that I made a comment about it being hot in the attic and his comment was that this was his job no matter the conditions. Very professional. Should have sent him the first time."
