Unique Indoor Comfort staff were very slow in providing warranty papers for the extended warranty of the Rheem Water Heater - it took a month to get the proper sticker to validate the warranty - and made it seem like a problem. We hope that they respect the warranties for the A/C and Furnace through Carrier."

We called DiBiase in the morning and a technician was at our house in the afternoon exactly on time. The technician (Chris) was extremely professional, very thorough in explaining why things weren't working and provided us a few options. We chose to repair the unit as opposed to replace it. Chris ordered the parts and was back on site as soon as the parts arrived. The price charged was exactly what was quoted, the service was completed promptly, system tested, Chris explained everything he did and the unit is working perfectly! I highly recommend this company, we have since signed a service agreement with them that includes 2 a year tune-ups for both or our systems.
