"I used them last year for a series of five treatment during the summer. It did a very good job controlling the mosquitoes. I hired them this year and gave them my credit card. They told me they would start treatments in a couple of days. they never showed up I was never able to reach a person directly so I left numerous messages. Never heard back. I heard they may have closed down their operation. A shame, they did a nice job."

"Excellent responsiveness. Having found termite hills in our basement for the first time we were extremely eager to get exterminators over to inspect and then treat. They were able to visit the same day and schedule treatment for early the next week - compared to the other exterminator we spoke with which would have been a week to visit and then 2 more weeks to treat. I do not like to think of an additional 3 weeks of termites destroying my house. The guys were very professional, showed up on time, explained the problem and the treatment and took care of it for a reasonable price. The service came with a warranty so if the bugs show back up Im assured that Modern will be back to try again.

"My wife and I are happy with the service we received. As this was a first time issue with pests like these, it was important that we were reassured by an experienced crew of pest control professionals and that they would be able to alleviate the problem at its root. I was not home at the time of the service, but my wife said that they were quite thorough and all had a pleasant demeanor - polite, courteous, as well as hard-working. I did get a chance to meet Mr. Rivers, and during his inspection of the house, his explanation of termites was quite informative. Thanks Abstract!"

"Mr. Merritt first came out to inspect my property for ants and termites the same day that I called him. He returned several days later to do the work. He arranged a time so that I could be at home when he was at my house. He arrived promptly and completed the work efficiently. I would definitely use him again should I have a future problem with either insects or wildlife.
